Biker Woodstock

It is wall to wall campers, tents and bikes of all persuasions. It is a party on every corner.

There are bad asses, crazy asses, stupid asses and my personal favorite: dumb asses! 

People are coming in & leaving so they can be part of this historic event, the estimates are in the 2 million people for the 2 weeks now. Today we feel was the most crowded it has been. It was due in part to the Sons of Anarchy's last ride from the Easy Rider Saloon. We opted not to join this due to the insane crowd.

The biker dogs were even tired.

We waited 2 hours for a shuttle to the connecting hub then another hour back to our campground.

A lady we talked to on the bus was a local resident on her way home after driving the bus all day. She said it's the busiest rally she can remember. I asked her what she did the rest of the year and she said"I'm the world's only Jackalope Taxidermist". Of course I replied "no shit'! Lol!
We had a late dinner and when we returned to the bike we found the battery dead! We had many bikers come to help us in the dark. A guy from Alaska had this handy little charging unit, that is on our shopping list tomorrow. Tonight had several guys doing burnouts, wearing a few thousand miles of rubber off their tires. We also had the group that growled and howled using their coolers as barf buckets. The party continues!
